
Thank you for scheduling your holiday lighting installation with us! We truly appreciate your loyalty.
This notice is to inform you that your décor will be installed in three phases. We understand and appreciate your flexibility as we navigate unique challenges in our industry, which is very different from other industries.
Limited Installation Window: While many lighting franchises begin installations right after Labor Day, we are mindful of homeowners' preferences and avoid installing too early.
Holiday Deadlines: We cannot simply schedule installations when time permits, as the holidays have specific dates.
Weather Dependency: For safety reasons, we cannot work in rain, snow, or ice, which can impact our schedule.
Considering these factors, we've found that a phased installation approach works best and allows us to be considerate of other holiday décor, such as Halloween and Thanksgiving.
We need to work together in order to supply the best product and ensure customer satisfaction.
For those who have reached out with specific concerns, please know that we are addressing them to the best of our ability.
Below are the approximate dates for each installation phase this year:

October 2 – October 23 - Rooflines - UNLIT

October 23 – November 13 - Rooflines, Windows & Shrubs

November 10 – November 26 - Ground Lights & Wreaths
**Important Reminders:**
* Window Screens: We can remove outdoor screens to install your window lights. Please ensure any screens that need to be unlocked from the inside are prepared before October 23rd. You do not need to be home during the installation process.
* Service Call Policies: Christmas Decor guarantees your display will be fully functional and look great upon completion of the installation. Service calls will be addressed within 24-48 hours of being placed.
* Post-Season Removal: At the end of the holiday season, we will take down, pack, and store all your decorations for re-installation next season. Weather permitting, this process begins right after the holiday season. If you have a special circumstance and need your display to remain up until a specific date, please notify our office to discuss your request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
